Bike Headset Cup Removal Tool

This AMAZING tool is specially designed for removing headset cups without scratching or damaging the frame. The versatile design of this tool's four flared ends allows it to be compatible with the headset cups sizes: 1", 1⅛" &1¼" or 25.4mm, 28.6mm & 31.8mm. Please note that this tool is NOT COMPATIBLE with 1½" or 38.1mm.

Crafted with SOLID CONSTRUCTION, this tool is made of durable heat-treated aluminum alloy with a nickel finish. This prevents the finish from wearing off through years of use and provides strong corrosion protection that can withstand harsh environmental conditions.

Using this tool is EASY. Simply insert it through the frame and pull it up until the flared four ends snap in behind the cup, which generally happens when you hear a click sound. Since this tool can be used in conjunction with a hammer, we highly recommend using a rubber hammer or a metal hammer with a block. After a few taps ONLY, the cup will be easily driven out, even if you need to remove the toughest ones. Note that this tool is commonly used to remove two headset cups from one frame.
